
Current Situation due to Corona Restricstions
Coronavirus Update
In light of the current coronavirus pandemic, the following guidance has been issued for our Engineers and Customers:

01 | Background The most common symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) are recent onset of a new continuous cough and/or high temperature. If you have these symptoms, however mild, stay at home and do not leave your house for 14 days from when your symptoms started. Generally, these infections can cause more severe symptoms in people with weakened immune systems, older people, and those with long-term conditions like diabetes, cancer and chronic lung disease. |

02 | Specific Measures Our business involves travelling to customer sites. We therefore need to exercise sensible precautions to mitigate the risks of contracting or spreading the infection. Please note that our engineers are highly trained in infection management, as our normal work involves maintenance in GMP Clean Room environments. Immediate self-isolation if our employee or a member of their household exhibits symptoms of coronavirus infection; Our engineer will wash their hands upon arrival and before leaving customer premises. Customers must provide access to hand washing areas and materials on request; We will not use customer pens for signing-on purposes. Please consider if alternative non-contact signing-in procedures can be implemented; Our engineers will maintain a 2m distance from customer personnel at all times; Customers will be left service paperwork to sign and scan to us. We will not complete or review paperwork with customer contacts; We will not use customer rest facilities or restaurants. |

03 | Holidays and Business Travel None of our employees is permitted to travel on business or in a personal capacity (e.g. holidays), to the following countries: China South Korea Iran Italy France Germany Spain Switzerland These restrictions will remain in place until further notice. |

04 | Public Health England (PHE) recommends that the following general cold and flu precautions are taken to help prevent people from catching and spreading COVID-19: cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze. put used tissues in the bin straight away wash your hands with soap and water often – use hand sanitiser gel if soap and water are not available. See hand washing guidance below try to avoid close contact with people who are unwell clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfacesdo not touch your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are not clean Face masks for the general public are not recommended to protect from infection, as there is no evidence of benefit from their use outside healthcare environments. |
